The nurses made this certificate for Sam and his accomplishment. The reason it says S. Gary is my dad. His name is Gary, and every time he talked to the nurses he would say "samuel GARY" is the preferred name. lol
I still can hardly believe all of this. I am so glad it's over...can't even imagine how you and Shad feel! You did such a good job of holding it together...I am teary eyed just reading it all and looking at the pictures.
These pictures are so sad. I am so glad they finally figured out what was the problem. That is the worst part when you don't know what is wrong. It is so scary that you get the bacteria from common day foods. I would have been bawling through it all also.
