Sam again
I have been trying to get Sam to eat with a utensil for a while now, and it just doesn't seem to be getting anywhere. He holds the spoon in the right hand and will eat with his left. I have been only giving him foods that aren't messy if he's feeding himself, but last night I couldn't let him go without fruit salad....

I'm impressed that you are trying to get Sam to use utinsels (sp?) at all. Bailey ALWAYS wants to have a spoon and it takes her 3 hours to eat anything. No wonder that she's lost weight . . . I'm totally not that patient!!
And sorry about the rain. Tyler was totally bummed to call the games after all the work he had put into it, so I was sad, too.
The important thing is that he is getting practice and that it will pay off eventually. That is what I tell myself. I feel ya, we are working on the same thing.
Haha! Maybe it's hereditary...Carter rarely eats with a utensil and he's going on 3! (And when he will use a utensil, it has to be the kiddy ones...none of this silver stuff.)
